1. INTRODUCTION
The protection of personal data is one of the most important priorities of the Lale Hair Transplant Centre. With the necessary sensitivity, attention is paid to the security of personal data, and great importance is attached to the privacy of patients and the best possible and careful processing and storage of all types of personal data of our patients. In addition to our patients, our companions, visitors, all our employees and the employees of the institutions and organisations with which we cooperate, it is company policy to protect personal data within the framework of the following basic principles in accordance with Act No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Regulation on Processing Personal Health Data and Ensuring Data Protection and related legislation.
